The Vivo X200 series smartphones debut with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 chipset, offering efficient performance and handling advanced AI tasks. They run Origin OS 5.0 and come with generous RAM and storage options, starting at 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
